Serena, you're so right,,painting is calling to me,,but I can't seem to 'settle in' to do anything right now. We have more company meeting us at the lake next weekend, so my mind has been on that. Mainly food!
Oh KJ,,I just wonder how bored people become seeing the same thing over and over.
And instead of art,,,well, I guess it's my lake art,,,,and it is what I'm creating right now.

I tried to get a beautiful moon shot the next night, as the lake was as still as glass, and the full moon looked like golden fire all over the water. But alas, I haven't learned my camera settings well enough, and it didn't turn out.

Thank you! When finished, the deck will continue around the right side of the house, with stairs to the ground. More hard/hot work,,,but so worth it in the end. A fall project.
Somebody is having lots of fun at the lake, Babs, he's soo adorable! You sure captured some great shots and I love your lake cabin, it's fantastic!
